Someone You Know May Be Quietly Struggling

Bladder and bowel issues affect 1 in 3 Australians — but most people suffer in silence, too embarrassed to ask for help or simply not knowing support like this exists. If ACE has helped you, sharing it with someone could genuinely change their life. A friend, a parent, a neighbour, a colleague — you never know who might need this today.

"It costs nothing to share. It could mean everything to them."

Takes 10 seconds. Costs nothing. Could change someone's day.

    About ACE

    Your Choice

Bladder and bowel issues affect 1 in 3 Australians. And yet most people manage this quietly on their own — too embarrassed to ask for help, unsure where to look, or simply not knowing that better support exists.

For older Australians, people living with disability, and communities in rural and remote areas, this silence is even harder to break. Information is often hard to find, written in confusing language, or simply not designed for everyday people.

The Australian Continence Education Initiative (ACE) was created to change that.

We believe that everyone deserves warm, honest, plain-language information about their bladder and bowel health — without judgement, without jargon, and without having to figure it all out alone.

ACE is a free resource where people can choose what matters most to them — whether that's understanding what's happening in their body, finding practical management strategies, or discovering continence products that actually work for their life.

Because when people feel safe and supported to seek help, they do. And when they do, their lives genuinely improve.

"You don't have to navigate this alone. ACE is here — with trusted information, practical tools, and a community that understands."
